SOLD: 1990 Jaguar XJS V12 Convertible

June 1990 registered 5. 3 litre V12 XJS-C which has been in the same ownership since 1991. It was originally supplied by Appleyard Jaguar of Harrogate and purchased by the second owner from Henlys of Chester. Only 1 former keeper is shown on the log-book.

It has covered just 26,117 miles, though has not been used since 2017 so requires re-commissioning. It runs perfectly though and by the condition has evidently been very well cared for. There is no rot at all and common problematic areas such as the sills, window surround and rear buttress for example do not contain any filler.

This XJS-C really does present exceptionally well both inside and outside. It is 'Solent' blue with superb condition blue mohair hood (which functions perfectly) and a virtually unmarked magnolia leather trim. The veneer dash and ski-slope is in near perfect condition too. All electrics function perfectly apart from the drivers window switch.

The V5 is present along with the service book and original drivers handbook with associated literature and various bits of history for sundry items and previous MOT certificates. The private number plate ‘JNR 1N’ will come with the car also. Sensible offers welcomed. The car can be inspected on a ramp and driven on our private property.
